SFB Spring Meeting 2011

The meeting will start after lunch on 21st Feb 2011 and will end on 22nd Feb at around 16h00 in Golm. Directions to the AEI can be found here, while a map of the AEI and of its most relevant reference points can be found here

A block of rooms has been set aside at the Landhotel in Golm www.landhotel-potsdam.de for the meeting. The rate for a single room is 59 Euros per night including breakfast buffet. Please make your own reservations as soon as possible by contacting the hotel directly using the code “SFB Meeting”.

To register for the meeting, please just send a short email to Ute.Schlichting@aei.mpg.de with the following information:

1- Name and affiliation

2- Accommodation: please specify if you want to stay at the Landhotel (which is in Golm at 10 min walk from the AEI) or at the Golm guest house on the campus (note that there is a very limited number of places available in this case).

3- Dinner: dinner will take place in the Landhotel on February 21st. Please specify if you want to attend the dinner and if you need a special menu (vegetarian, …)

4- Any other special request (e.g. a taxi on the 22nd).

Please be prepared to pay 5 or 10 Euros for one or two lunches and coffee breaks in cash to the conference office on site before the meeting starts.

One lunch coupon for 5 Euros includes:

  • 1 hot main course (or salad from the salad bar)
  • 1 small salad or 1 dessert
  • 1 soft drink on tap

On 22nd February at 19:30 a dinner for the participants in the meeting will take place at the Landhotel restaurant. Attendees can choose from different kinds of food and drink at different prices there and will pay directly to the restaurant. The menu of the dinner can be found here.
